International orders placed by 1:00 PM Central, typically ship the same business day if all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. Transit times will vary by destination and may be delayed due to customs processing. For shipments to Switzerland, please call customer service at (214) 383 8895. Shipments to some countries (including Russia) can only be sent via United States Postal Service.

When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority – not Please familiarize yourself with your country's import rules and regulations prior to ordering. We are unable to designate orders as "Gifts", “Free”, or otherwise on Customs Declaration Forms. 

If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us ( has no control over this). If the shipment is destroyed by customs, your order will not be eligible for a refund. If the shipment is returned undamaged, the order will be eligible for a refund after deducting the cost of shipping in both directions.

* USPS International Shipment Tracking: Due to increased package volume, please expect delays during the shipment process. While we work to ship every order within 24 hours of receiving it wherever possible (we ship Monday-Friday), we ask that you be patient and understand that once the shipment has left our warehouse, the package is in the hands of the carrier It may take several weeks to see updated tracking information from the carrier. In some cases, our Customer Service department may not be able to provide the most current updates, as we have access to the same tracking information as our customers. In these cases, the foreign postal carriers have not scanned the packages, which under normal circumstances would provide you and us with visibility into the location of a package.
