The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even if the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases, the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping, the difference in shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected and processed.
Store Credit issued for purchases previously made on HockeyMonkey.com, are only valid on HockeyMonkey.com. We are unable to issue Store Credits for use on any of our other websites or MonkeySports SuperStores.
Redeeming Store Credit: If you have received store credit from a previous merchandise return, please enter the store credit order number in the ‘Order Comments’ section while placing your order online. Once our customer service team has had a chance to review your order, your store credit will be applied, and any pending authorization will be removed or reduced depending on the balance. Please note that even if your store credit amount covers the entire cost of the order, a credit card number is still required to submit the order. Please make sure you have enough funds to cover the transaction prior to submitting your order.
