If a composite hockey stick/shaft is broken due to a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of being ordered, it may be eligible for replacement. In most cases, replacements are handled by the manufacturer directly. This warranty does not extend to pro stock: hockey sticks, shafts or replacement blades. Please view the information below to initiate a warranty claim for a composite hockey stick. An original proof of purchase is required for warranty. Once an exchange is authorized by the manufacturer, it will be necessary for the customer to mail, at their expense, the broken stick or shaft. Once received, if the broken stick or shaft is deemed to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent at the manufacturer's expense and the broken merchandise becomes the property of the manufacturer.
