HockeyMonkey.com is happy to ship orders to foreign destinations but please keep in mind that we are unable to shop some brands outside of the United States due to manufacturer restrictions. Transit times vary by destination, but they are typically between 3 and 5 business days. International orders placed by 1:00 PM Central, typically ship the same business day if all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. For shipments to Switzerland, please call customer service at (214) 383 8895.
Please be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority – not HockeyMonkey.com. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import rules and regulations prior to ordering. We are unable to designate orders as "Gifts", “Free”, or otherwise on Customs Declaration Forms. Orders to some countries (including Russia) can only be sent via United States Postal Service.
If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (HockeyMonkey.com has no control over this). If the shipment is destroyed by customs, your order will not be eligible for a refund. If the shipment is returned undamaged, the order will be eligible for a refund after deducting the cost of shipping in both directions.
